Bear Bryant
This is the image of college football I remember most as a kid. Bear Bryant on the sidelines during LSU Alabama games. I don't know Alabama's record vs LSU during the years I started watching/listening LSU football, but I do recall quite a few of Bear Bryant led victories vs. the Tigers. I was glad when he retired.

NFL Sunday
First Driving Lessons
So instead of heading to the NFL store to browse, we went to a large parking lot and drove around. It was a blast! I could see that he was nervously excited when he started out, but he did it. He did great for his first time driving. He made his father proud. We stopped when he was ready and off we went. Someday, he'll be in my seat but who knows what they will be driving when that time comes.
Now, only two more to experience their first time driving, but that is a few years away.

Where's George?
College football

LSU won.
UL Ragin Cajun won.
ASU Sun Devils lost again.
UNM Lobos lost.
Auburn lost.
Oh, my old high school lost too.
Next week is the big one. LSU vs 'Bama.
I am not happy it is a day game. This one should be at night in Baton Rouge. But money rules.

I think I want to write.
I think I want to write....well, you get the point!
Ripe or Rot?
When we buy fruit that is too green from a store, we usually leave it out to ripen? Aren't we also leaving out to rot? It is rotting but we rescue it at the ripen stage. So we're actually leaving it out to rot but stop at ripe. This thought was just lodged in my brain and needed to be released before it rots.
Live in the moment.
